What Are the Language Settings for Organizations and Attributes?

The language settings for organizations and attributes allow respondents to select the display language for departments and attribute items on the survey response screen.

Even if the first survey is conducted only in Japanese, this setting is required before registering the organization or attribute settings.
The selected language will be displayed in the CSV files and on the settings screen for organization and attribute configurations.

Steps for Configuration

1. Click "Admin" ▶ "Organization Settings" ▶ "Language Settings"
You can configure language settings either in the organization settings or attribute settings. Set it in either one.

2. Click "Edit"

3. Select the language you want to use and click "Save"

Deleting a Set Language

When you delete a language, the display language for already configured organizations and attributes will be removed. It will no longer appear on the organization/attribute settings screen or in the CSV files.

1. Click "Language Settings" ▶ "Edit"

2. Uncheck the language you want to delete and click "Save"

3. Review the notes, check the box, and click "Save"
