Set the Previous Comparison Settings for additional questions

What is Question Previous Comparison Settings?

The Question Previous Comparison Settings is a feature that allows you to compare the results of additional questions with the previous survey. It is available only for optional additional questions in Single Choice or Multiple Choice format. The comparison with the previous survey is basically displayed automatically on the Result Screen. Configure the Question Previous Comparison Settings only when necessary.

  Note: Question Previous Comparison Settings is required in the following cases

• When the previous association is removed due to changes made to the additional question
  For details on cases where the association is removed, please check Detailed Specifications.
• When you want to link with survey results conducted before the release of this feature on 2025/9/24
  In this case, the association will not be made automatically, so settings are required.

The previous comparison of questions is displayed on the Additional Questions Analysis Screen.

Procedure

① Go to “Admin” ▶ “Engagement Survey Implementation Settings”

② Click “Additional Questions”

③ Click “Previous survey Comparison Settings”

④ Click “Edit”

⑤ For “Current Survey,” select the question and choices from the previous survey to associate

⑥ Click “Save”

Detailed Specifications

• Cases where the association for the previous comparison is removed
  • When the answer format of a question is changed
    Example: Changing from “Single Choice” to “Multiple Choice” or “Free Text”
  • When response options are added or deleted
     

• Period during which Question Previous Comparison can be set or modified
  The settings or modifications for Question Previous Comparison can be made between the time you click the “Start Preparation” button for one survey and the time you click the “Start Preparation” button for the next survey.
  
  Example: If you want to configure settings for the survey starting on October 6, 2025,
  you can modify them from “Start Preparation for the October 6, 2025 Survey” until “Start Preparation for the March 1, 2026 Survey.”
