What organization and attribute items are displayed in the list file of additional question responses?

The responses to additional questions can be downloaded from the screen after compilation is complete.

Organizations/Attributes Displayed in the Response List

To prevent respondents from being identified, only one department will be displayed per respondent. The organizational units and attributes set in the “Display Organization/Attribute Settings for the Response File” will be shown in the list of additional question responses.

• No changes can be made after the survey start date and time.
• Only one organizational unit or attribute can be selected. If a hierarchy is set, all departments and attribute items above the configured group will also be displayed in the response list.
• If “Do not set” is selected, only the response content will be shown, without any department or attribute items displayed.

Additional Question Response List

The organizational units and attributes set in the “Display Organization/Attribute Settings for the Response File” will be displayed.

Cases Where Organizations, Attributes, and Response Content Are Not Displayed in the List File

The "Additional Questions Response List" may not display organizations, attributes, and response content if the minimum number of respondents is not met.

Example Conditions
Displayed Organization/Attribute: Team
Minimum Number of Respondents: 2

Case 1　Organizations, Attributes, and Response Content Are Not Displayed
If there is only one respondent in the specified organization or attribute, the organization, attribute, and response content will not be displayed.

Case 2　The Specified Organization/Attribute Is Not Displayed, but Response Content Is Displayed
If there are respondents without an associated organization or attribute, the response content may still be displayed.

Example 1
In the table below, there is only one respondent for "Team B." However, if other respondents exist without a "Team" designation, and the minimum number of respondents is met at a level higher than "Team," the organization and response content will be displayed from the "Section" level and above.

Example 2
If multiple respondents have not selected a "Team," and the minimum number of respondents is met at a level higher than "Team," the organization and response content will be displayed from the "Section" level and above.
