What is "Action Plan Manager (Role 5)"?
This is a permission granted to users in the User Settings.
Users with this permission can log in to Motivation Cloud Engagement.

What is "Action Plan Manager Settings"?
This is a setting to assign an improvement manager to departments or attributes involved in improvement activities.
Users assigned as improvement managers can view survey results for departments/attributes and register improvement items and action plans.

Settings related to Action Plan Manager (Role 5)
Settings related to users who have been assigned the Action Plan Manager (Role 5) include Action Plan Manager Settings and View Permissions Settings.
