Outline of Emails Sent to Users
This is a list of emails sent by the Motivation Cloud Engagement system.

Emails Sent to Survey Respondents
These emails are sent to users who are Survey respondents.
Users configured as follows in User Settings are eligible to answer the Survey.
・Survey response method: "Answer by email or message"
・Service availability: "1. Available"

| Answer Environment Test Email | An email that can be sent before an Engagement Survey is conducted to test whether respondents can access the answer screen. | Users who are Survey respondents and who were selected as recipients on the "Answer Environment Test" screen. |
| Engagement Survey Reminder Email | A Survey Reminder Email sent during the Engagement Survey period. | Users whose Response Status is "unanswered." |
| Focus Survey Invitation Email | Sent to request answers to the Focus Survey. | Users who are Survey respondents. |
| Focus Survey Reminder Email | A Survey Reminder Email sent to non-respondents during the Focus Survey implementation period. | Users whose Response Status is "unanswered." |
| Focus Survey Re-invitation Email | An email requesting users whose organization changed during the Focus Survey to answer again. | Users selected on the "Focus Survey Implementation Settings" "Implementation Details" "Survey Invitation Email" screen. |

Emails Sent to Users Who Can Log In
These emails are sent to users who have been assigned a user role that allows them to log in to Motivation Cloud Engagement (System Owner, Administrator, or Action Plan Manager).
Emails marked with a "✓" will not be sent if the setting in "User Settings" is set to "Do not send email."
Emails such as Account Activation Emails and Password Reset Emails are always sent when the relevant operation is performed.

Emails sent to users who have been assigned the "Action Plan Manager" role in "User Settings".
Emails marked with a "✓" will not be sent if "Do not send emails" is set in "User Settings".
