2024/03/25 Attribute Improvement Items and Action Plans be able to registered by more than one person

Will be Allows multiple people to register improvement items and action plans for attributes

Before change

Only one Action Plan Manager associated with each Attribute in the "Action Plan Manager Settings" can set Improvement Items and Action Plans for that Attribute.

After the change

The following Members will also be able to set Improvement Items and Action Plans for Attribute.

• Action Plan Manager Role with view permissions for attributes
• Survey Owner
• Survey Administrator

<caution>

 Action Plan Manager Settings" in the Admin Panel must be set in order for the above members to be able to register. If not, the above members cannot register Improvement Items and Action Plans.

Development Background

Until now, only one Action Plan Manager, who was primarily responsible for improvement activities, could register Improvement Items and Action Plans for each attribute. Therefore, it was not possible for multiple people to share the registration work.
With this release, Attribute items and Action Plans can be registered by multiple people for a single attribute, allowing for more flexible operations.
