2025/9/1 You will be able to centrally manage organization, attribute, and user information for each service
For customers using multiple services, we are releasing the “Common Admin” feature, which enables centralized management of organization, attribute, and user information across services.
Details of the Change
Before
Until now, it was necessary to configure organization, attribute, and user information separately for each service (Engagement, Sharing, and Role Development).
After
You can now link and centrally manage organization, attribute, and user information across services (Engagement, Sharing, and Role Development). This eliminates the need to configure settings for each service individually and improves management efficiency.
You can select which services to manage in common. For example, you could manage Engagement and Sharing together, while configuring Role Development separately within its own service.
If you choose not to use the Common Management feature,
you can continue managing organization, attribute, and user information for each service as before.
We recommend this approach if you wish to operate with different organizations or attributes for each service, or if each service is managed by a different administrator.
To use the Common Management feature,
you will need to integrate the organization, attribute, and user information that has previously been managed separately for each service.
Additionally, depending on operational or configuration circumstances,
some customers may not be able to use the Common Management feature.
This feature is available at no additional cost. If you would like to use it,

Background of the Development
Previously, when using Motivation Cloud across multiple services, it was necessary to register organizations, attributes, and users separately for each service. With this update, centralized data management is now possible, enabling more efficient operations. We hope you take advantage of this feature.
