2025/12/24 Viewing permissions for users with concurrent roles can now be set more easily
When a user holds multiple roles
You can now register concurrent departments and concurrent positions in the cloud.
Using the registered concurrent role information, you can batch-configure result viewing permissions.
Details of the Changes
Previously, only one department and one position could be registered per user.
Using the registered department and position information, viewing permissions for the primary role could be set in bulk;
however, viewing permissions for concurrent roles had to be configured individually.
With this update, you can now register up to 11 departments and positions per user
(1 primary role + up to 10 concurrent roles).

As part of this release, the user settings file will be partially updated; |
Using the registered department and position information,

“Admin Screen” > “Attribute Settings” > “Attribute Mapping Settings”,
and select the attribute corresponding to the attribute mapping type “Position”.
For details, please refer to the release note “ You can now manage attribute mappings in a list ”.
Q&A About This Release
Q1. If I register a concurrent department and position, can the user respond to surveys for the concurrent role?
A. Users cannot respond to surveys for concurrent roles.
Even if concurrent departments and positions are registered, survey responses are submitted only for the primary department and position.
Scores are aggregated as one individual and do not affect the scores of concurrent departments or positions.
Q2. Is it mandatory to register concurrent departments and positions?
A. Registration of concurrent departments and positions is optional.
Please register them only if you want to use this information when granting viewing permissions for organizational survey results.
Q3. Will user settings files prepared before the release no longer be uploadable?
A. User settings files created before the release can still be uploaded as-is.
If you do not use concurrent departments or positions, you can continue uploading files in the pre-release format.
Development Background
Previously, viewing permissions for results related to concurrent roles had to be configured individually, which was time-consuming.
With this release, permission settings have been simplified, allowing you to spend more time focusing on organizational improvement.
We encourage you to take advantage of this feature.
