You can now manage attribute associations in a list.

Changes

Before

Previously, when changing automatic attribute association settings, you had to select each attribute individually from the Attribute Settings screen and modify its conditions, making bulk changes impossible.
 

After

1. On the Attribute Association Settings screen, you can review and manage the conditions of multiple automatically associated attributes at once.
   This allows you to change conditions such as age, hiring period, and length of service in bulk.
   
   
2. “Position” has been added as an attribute association type.
   This feature allows you to set different positions for each department when there are employees holding multiple concurrent positions.
   Please select the attribute that corresponds to “Position.”

This feature is available from “Attribute Settings” ＞ “Attribute Association Settings.”

Background

Previously, automatic association required navigating to a separate screen and changing settings for each attribute individually.
With this update, you can now manage everything in bulk from the Attribute Association Settings screen, enabling smoother and more efficient improvement efforts. We encourage you to make full use of this feature.
