2025/9/24 Analyzing additional question results in the Engagement Survey will now be simple
It will become easier to analyze the results of additional questions in the Engagement Survey.
This feature can be accessed via “Results / Improvements” > “Results List” > “Results of Additional Question Analysis.”
Changes
Previously, the results of additional questions in the Engagement Survey could only be checked in CSV files for “a single year and a single organization/attribute,” and manual tabulation was required for analysis.
The results of additional questions in the Engagement Survey will now be automatically compiled, and you will be able to view “response rates by option” and “average values” directly on the screen. You will also be able to compare results over time.
*This feature is available only to System Owners and Administrators.
Required Settings to Use This Feature
“Response rates by option” will be automatically calculated as before by configuring single choice or multiple choice questions. To display “average values” and “comparisons over time,” the following settings are required.
If you want to view average values
Please assign “numeric values” to the options. This is only available for single choice questions.
If you want to compare over time
Please configure the Previous Comparison Settings for both the question and its options.
*If you would like to set “numeric values” or “previous comparison” for surveys conducted prior to the last one, please contact Customer Support.
Development Background
Until now, the output results were limited to a single organization/attribute and required manual aggregation, making thorough analysis difficult. With this update, not only is the effort of manual tabulation eliminated through automatic compilation, but you can also view the data from a variety of analytical perspectives. This enables you to analyze your organization’s engagement from your own unique point of view and drive improvement activities more efficiently. We encourage you to try it out.
