Responsible Organization / Attribute Notification Email

The Responsible Organization / Attribute Notification Email is an email sent to Action Plan Managers to inform them of their assigned department.

 

When the Email Is Sent
Regardless of the user's notification settings, you can choose whether to send the email when configuring Action Plan Manager Settings.
* Select one of the following options: "Send Now," "Do Not Send," or "Send by date and time"

Conditions for Sending the Email

The email is sent when all of the following conditions are met.

• The initial Survey has been published.
  If no Survey has been published, the email notification settings screen will not be displayed.
• The Action Plan Manager falls under one of the following categories.
  1. An Action Plan Manager newly assigned to the department through the "Action Plan Manager Settings" operation.
     * The email is not sent to Action Plan Managers whose assignment details have not changed.
  2.  An Action Plan Manager configured through Department Administrator Settings.
