Reflect the results
What is Result Reflection
Result reflection means publishing the compiled response data to the “Results / Improvements” screen in Motivation Cloud Engagement.
Before reflecting the results, the survey results from the previous survey are displayed on the “Results / Improvements” screen.
After reflection, the survey results from the current survey will be displayed.
When the results are reflected, users who are set to be able to view the results will be able to check the latest survey results.

Once you click the “Reflect Results” button, it cannot be returned to the “not reflected” state. |

※ The “Survey Results Announcement Email” is not sent to Action Plan Managers who only have View Permissions Settings configured.
Procedure
① Click “Admin Panel” ▶ “Engagement Survey Results Management”
② Click “Reflect to Results / Improvements Screen”
③ Check the contents, select the checkbox, and click “Reflect Results”
If you do not want to publish the latest survey results to Action Plan Managers
On the “Action Plan Manager Settings” screen, remove the Action Plan Manager linked to the organization/attribute.
If you perform this operation, the results of past Engagement Surveys will also no longer be viewable.
If you want them to continue to view past survey results, configure view permissions for past survey results on the “View Permissions Settings” screen.
