Organization bulk settings: registration, editing, and deletion
What are Organization Settings?
In Organization Settings, you can register organizational hierarchies and departments based on the organizational chart. By configuring your organization, you can check survey results by department and carry out improvement activities.

Register an Organization
1. Click "Admin Panel" ▶ "Organization Settings" ▶ "Language Settings"
Set the language to be used for organization and attribute registration.
If this is your first time registering an organization, you must set the language even if you are using only Japanese.
For subsequent registrations, update the language settings only if there is a change in the language to be used.

2. Click "Bulk Settings"
3. Select the character encoding for the file to be downloaded, then click "Export configuration file"
Character Encoding
You can choose from the following character encodings:
UTF-8
A multilingual character encoding that supports platform-dependent characters and foreign languages.
Shift-JIS
A commonly used character encoding for Japanese.
Note: Using platform-dependent characters or foreign languages not supported by Shift-JIS may result in character corruption (mojibake).
4. Open the downloaded file and refer to the manual below to register the organization.

Depending on the item you edit, it may affect other settings.Please check the following manual for important notes on each item before making any changes.

5. Click "Import File" and upload the created file.
6. Click "Execute Bulk Settings"
7. Check "I have confirmed the above content" and click "Next."
8. Click "Close."
Even if you click "Close" during the process, it will continue. You will be notified by email once the process is complete.
<Caution>
- If you are using "View Permissions Rule Settings," it may affect the view permission settings. Click "View Permission Settings" "Grant/Update Permissions" to apply the view permissions.

Editing and Deleting Organizations
To edit or delete an organization, modify the content of the file downloaded in step ② and upload it.
Editable Items

- Organizational Unit Code (only for new registrations and deletions)
- Organizational Unit Level
- Organizational Unit Name

Departments
- Department Code (only for new registrations and deletions)
- Department Name
- Parent Department Code, Parent Department
<Caution>
- If you want to change the department code, please refer to the manual below.The organizational unit code cannot be edited.
