This feature was initially available only for customers using the 64-item survey at the time of its release on February 25, 2025. From May 26, it will also be available for the 32-item survey.

This feature was developed in response to such feedback from customers. From the beginning of the project through to its release, we conducted interviews with users and continuously refined the feature based on their insights. We sincerely thank everyone who contributed!

How to View and Access the Video
- Click "結果の解説を見る" on the result screen of your department.
- Play the video.

Feature Details
This approximately 7-minute video explains the engagement score, what the score reveals about your organization, your organization’s strengths and weaknesses, and potential issues that may arise.
The video addresses common questions about interpreting results and uses audio narration and visual aids to help managers—especially those new to organizational improvement—grasp how to understand the current state and take effective steps.
This feature is available to all users who can view their department’s survey results.

This feature allows you to quickly, accurately, and easily interpret your survey results, encouraging self-driven organizational improvement in the workplace. We also offer release notes for managers (Action Plan Owners) to support usage before and after results are published.

- Please note that this feature may be discontinued without prior notice or changed to a special plan.
- Recommended browsers: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. While use on other browsers and OSs may be possible, we cannot guarantee support in case of issues.
