2025/3/10, 2025/4/7 Announcement of Service Integration for the Motivation Cloud Series
To enhance comprehensive support for your organization's growth, we will integrate the existing services—Motivation Cloud, Communication Cloud, and Stretch Cloud—under a single brand, Motivation Cloud, effective Monday, March 10, 2025.
Moving forward, customers using multiple services will be able to access the necessary services seamlessly through a one-stop solution. There will be no major specification changes to features or modifications to the available service scope, ensuring that you can continue using the service with the same operational experience as before.

Service Name Changes
The service names will be changed as follows:

Due to the service name changes, the Terms of Use, Special Terms, and Invoices for each service will be updated. Further details will be provided separately to the designated contract representatives. You may also check the updated terms on our website starting Monday, March 10, 2025.

Email Sender Name
To unify the email sender names across all services, the following changes will take effect:

Request for IT Administrators
Starting April 7, 2025, emails from each service will be sent from the following domain:
mail.motivation-cloudapp.com
To ensure employees receive emails, we recommend adding this domain to your company's email server whitelist. If your whitelist settings already include previously registered domains, please add the new domain as well. If you are unsure how to proceed, please consult your company's IT administrator.
