How changes to organization or user information affect past survey result screens
When Organization or Attribute Settings Are Changed

The impact on past Engagement Survey result screens will differ depending on whether preparation for the next Engagement Survey has been started.

Before Starting Preparation for the Engagement Survey
If you change the Organization/Attribute Settings, the labels displayed on already published survey result screens will also be updated.

After Starting Preparation for the Engagement Survey
Once you click the "Start Preparation" button in the Engagement Survey Settings to begin preparation, any changes made will not be reflected in past Engagement Survey result screens.
Impact on Past Survey Results When Changing Organization/Attribute Settings

⚠ Caution: Impact on Focus Surveys
Once you click the "Start Preparation" button and preparation for the next Engagement Survey begins, you will no longer be able to conduct Focus Surveys for past Engagement Surveys. Focus Surveys that have already started their response period will continue, but any scheduled before the response period will be deleted.
When User Settings Are Changed
Changing a user’s department or attribute items in User Settings will not be reflected in past survey results.
