What is Engagement Survey Implementation Content Confirmation?

Engagement Survey Implementation Content Confirmation is a function that confirms that the survey has been properly prepared by the survey start date and time.

If the "Engagement Survey Implementation Content Confirmation" is incomplete, the survey will not be conducted even after the survey start date and time has passed. This feature applies when the "Survey Implementation Restriction Function" is set to "Enabled" under "Admin" > "Operational Settings" > "Operational Rules" > "Advanced." The function is enabled by default for the first survey implementation.

<Caution>

• Once Survey is started, it cannot be "enabled/disabled".
• In the same way, if a member who has not registered his/her email address uses the "Common Response URL" or "QR Code", the survey will not be conducted even after the survey start date and time if the confirmation has not been completed.

When "Survey Implementation Content Confirmation" is "Enabled"

Implementation Content Confirmation

1. Click "Admin " > "Engagement Survey Implementation Settings" > "Confirm Implementation Content"

2. Confirm the contents of each item and click the "Confirm" button in the upper right corner of the card.

The settings for each item will be displayed on the screen. If there are any modifications, please change the settings on the operation screen for each item. Please refer to the following link for the operation procedure.

3. Confirm the contents and click all the "Confirmed" buttons in the upper right corner of the card.

The date, time, and user name of the user who clicked the ""Confirm"" button will be displayed."

4. When all items are confirmed,click on "Complete Implementation Content Confirmation"

If there are any items that have not been confirmed, "Complete Implementation Content Confirmation" will not be enabled.

 5. Confirm the contents and click "Done".

Once you have completed Implementation Content Confirmation, you do not need to confirm the Survey settings again, even if they have been changed since then.

Cancel Implementation Content Confirmation

Click on "Cancel Confirmation"

If you have already completed the confirmation, you cannot cancel the registration of each item. Please click the "Cancel Confirmation" button before making any changes.

When Implementation Content Confirmation is not completed

If Implementation Content Confirmation is not completed, you will be notified one month prior to the Engagement Survey Survey start date that Implementation Content Confirmation is not completed.

<One month before survey start date>

If Implementation Content Confirmation is unanswered by Survey start date, the survey will not be conducted. Please check " When "Survey Implementation Content Confirmation" is "Enabled" above and confirm the implementation content.

Until the confirmation is completed, an error message like the one shown in the image will be displayed.

<After survey start date>

Engagement Survey will not start even though the time to start answering has arrived. If you wish to conduct the Engagement Survey again, please follow the steps below.

1. Extend the survey start date and time to after the current time.
2. Go to the Survey Confirmation screen, change the status to "Confirmed" for all the items to be confirmed, and complete the Survey Confirmation by clicking "Complete Survey Confirmation".

＜Supplemental Information>

• Implementation Content Confirmation" button cannot be clicked before the survey start date and time is extended.
• All scheduled appointments for sending Survey Reminder Emails will be deleted.
• An error message will appear as shown in the image.

When "Confirm Implementation Content " is "Invalid"

• Survey will be started after the survey start date even if there are unanswered questions in the checklist.
• The "Done" and "Cancel" buttons for the implementation details are hidden.
• You can switch between confirming and unconfirming each checklist.
• The date, time, and user name of the person who pressed the "Confirm" button will be displayed.
