What is a list of answers to additional questions?

A list of answers to additional questions contains all answer data for additional questions in the Engagement Survey, including both Additional Questions (Choice) and Additional Questions (Comments).
System Owner and Administrator users can download it after the Engagement Survey is compiled.

Before downloading

Before downloading the list of answers to additional questions file, check whether there are any changes to respondents’ departments or Attribute Items. If changes are required, correct them by referring to “Correct the result data.”

Caution

Even if result data is corrected after downloading, the corrected content is not reflected in the list of answers to additional questions.

• To prevent individual identification, the specifications are designed so that corrections are not reflected even if result data is corrected after downloading.
• The first download can only be performed by users from your company.
