What Is the Additional Questions Response List

The Additional Questions Response List is a compilation of all response data for additional questions (choice and comment) in the Engagement Survey.
System Owners and Administrators can download it after the Engagement Survey is compiled. Action Plan Managers are not eligible for download.

The department and attribute items displayed in the response list file are the items selected in "Display Organization/Attribute Settings for Response File." This is a specification designed to prevent the identification of individual respondents. For details, refer to "What organization and attribute items are displayed in the list file of additional question responses?"

Before Downloading

Before downloading the Additional Questions Response List file, verify that there are no changes to respondents' department and attribute items. If changes are needed, refer to "Correct the result data" for guidance.

Caution

Even if you correct result data after downloading, the corrections will not be reflected in the Additional Questions Response List.

To prevent individual identification, any corrections made to result data after downloading will not be reflected. This is by design.
The initial download can only be performed by your company's users.
